Ingredients
- 12 oz Dried Spaghetti
- 1 lb Large Prawns (peeled and deveined)
- 4 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Chili Flakes (add more if you like it spicy!)
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice of half a Lemon
- A handful of fresh Flat-leaf Parsley, chopped
- Sea Salt and cracked Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook your spaghetti according to the package instructions until it is perfectly al dente. Reserve about half a cup of that liquid gold (pasta water) before draining.
- While the pasta is bubbling away, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and chili flakes, sautéing for about a minute until the kitchen smells heavenly.
- Toss in the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn a beautiful pink color and are just cooked through.
- Add the cooked spaghetti directly into the skillet. Pour in a splash of the reserved pasta water and the lemon juice.
- Toss everything together over the heat so the oil coats every single strand of pasta. Fold in the fresh parsley and season generously with salt and pepper. Serve immediately and enjoy!

- 10 oz Linguine or Tagliatelle
- 1 lb King Prawns
- 5 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Fresh Red Chili, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
- 3 tablespoons Butter

- 1/2 cup White Wine (like a Pinot Grigio)
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for serving
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
