Ingredients:
- 250g Pasta (any shape you like, but Penne or Fusilli is very good for catching the sauce)
- 1 cup Sour Cream (don't be shy, use the full fat one for better taste)
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced finely (more garlic is always better, trust me)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (to make it look "atas")
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
Instructions:

Instructions:
